My service is so much more than assembling vendors and greeting guests. It is an investment intended to reduce the stress with your day-of logistics, being by your side to handle the unexpected, and most importantly making sure you can emotionally enjoy your big day from beginning to end.

DAY OF COORDINATION
Day of Coordination offers couples a budget friendly alternative to a full-time or partial wedding planner. Once the major details have been established, you will remain hands on with the additional support and guidance in further aspects. This service manages one month out from your wedding date so you can enjoy the last few weeks of your engagement in bliss. Most importantly, it is the reassurance of having someone by your side to execute all of the hard work you’ve put in throughout the year and to problem solve any unexpected issues that may happen on your wedding day.
You can expect the following benefits
·In-person meeting to review and consolidate your wedding details
·Creation of a master timeline from beginning of day to end
·Unlimited email/phone communication immediately after booking
·Acting as your main point of contact from numerous vendors and other third parties
·Oversee vendor arrivals and setup of venue(s) have been arranged properly
·Direct processional lineup, aka: gathering and getting your wedding party down the aisle
·Assist in transitioning you and your guests from one event to the next
·Keeping everyone on track with timeline and order of events
·Taking care of your personal needs throughout the day

Partial planning is a great asset for brides who love the excitement of planning their own wedding but may feel lost or overwhelmed when it comes time to pull it all together. Our work together begins as early as your engagement and continues throughout the year to create a good foundation for your wedding day ensuring that all of the planning details are being managed and final arrangements are being decided on.
You can expect all of the benefits from “Day of Coordination” PLUS the following
·Additional in-person meetings to review agendas and discuss items still needing to be established
·Wedding day budget assistance and tracking
·Creation of venue diagram designed specifically for your layout
·Assist in connecting you with any un-booked vendors and contract negotiations
·Research and receive proposals on your behalf for vendor pricing and details
·Make arrangements for vendor appointments and attend as needed

No matter how simple or intricate your vision is, every wedding is going to require décor arrangements. Some venue contracts may even have time restrictions that limit your availability to set up on your own. Hiring a professional to carry out your vision properly is a huge convenience that eases the burden on family members, friends, and most importantly you! I will handle everything from the placement of escort cards to DIY centerpieces and elaborated tablescapes.
You can expect the following benefits:
·In person meeting to discuss design inspiration and review décor items and arrangements
·Creation of inventory checklist with floorplan locations
·On-site décor setup for any location
·Removal of packaging and boxes to be placed in venue storage
·Completion photos sent to your day-of contact for approval
·Option for décor tear down at end of night with items repackaged and transported to vehicle(s)

A wedding consultation is a great service for those brides who simply just need a little advice or guidance and may not have the full need to hire a coordinator. Consultations consist of questionnaires and discussion and are followed up with notes of our conversations and the necessary materials needed for your specific situation. With a long time passion for event planning, I got my start in 2018 when I switched career paths from the healthcare industry to the wedding industry. I began working weekends as a day-of coordinator’s assistant for local and out-of-state weddings while weekdays consisted of training courses to become “International Event & Wedding Professional” certified. Soon after, I was working full time as a wedding specialist at venues across the Chicagoland suburbs. I understand the process of being a bride and the crucial components of how wedding venues operate behind the scenes.
